We deliver all across the UAE:
on orders placed before our order processing cut off time of 11:00 AM.
Any orders placed after 11:00 AM will be considered for delivery on the subsequent working day only. Working days for order processing are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
For orders within the GCC outside UAE:
For orders outside UAE, please contact us before placing the order to confirm shipping availability.

- Surcharge of AED 15 for purchase of AED 299 or below
Once you place an order, you will receive a call/email for confirmation from our Customer Service team to finalize the order, delivery time and mode of payment.
If you enter an incorrect delivery address/contact number, and consequently a parcel is returned to us or is undelivered, we reserve the right to charge additional cost to cover the re-sending of your parcel to the correct address.
In case of non-availability of the customer at the scheduled time of delivery, we will try to contact the customer through call and whatsapp and further non availability will lead to automatic rescheduling of the delivery by the Delivery team as per the day's schedule.
As soon as your order is confirmed you will receive an order confirmation via preferred medium, email and/or SMS. Please make sure to check your spam folder in case it does not appear in your inbox. Our customer service or shipping partner will get in touch with you to coordinate delivery once we receive your order.
Orders can only be processed and shipped on regular business days, Sunday to Thursday, as we are closed on Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays.
In the rare case when we estimate that delivery will not be possible within 48 to 72 hours (low population density areas of UAE), we will try to contact the customer through Call or WhatsApp message to inform the same and communicate delivery days of our shipping and delivery partner in that area. In case we are unable to reach you, we will proceed to automatic rescheduling of the delivery and Customer Care will be keeping you informed about the schedule.
During promotions & offers, due to large volume of orders, delivery in Dubai may take up to 48 hours. Our customer service will get in touch with you to coordinate the delivery once we receive your order.
For deliveries in Dubai payment modes are:
- Cash on Delivery,
- Debit Card and Credit Card on Delivery
- Apple Pay and Samsung Pay
For deliveries in other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah), payment mode is Cash on Delivery.
If you prefer other payment methods, please inform us at the time of your order by mentioning it in “shipping comments”.
