RETURN POLICY

“Doggy Be” wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with all of our products. We are committed to meet and exceed your shopping expectations and value your trust in our goal to provide you with exceptional merchandise. In the event you want to return a purchase please follow the directions below:

  • Within 3 days of delivery, please contact our Customer Service at 00-971-54 321 9683 or sniffmore@doggybe.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Merchandise must be unused and returned in its original packaging to be considered for a full refund or exchange.
  • After receiving the” return merchandise authorization”, we will contact the courier company to come and collect the item (s).
  • Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable and customer are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We reserve the right to determine whether an item has been used or washed. Due to health regulations, “Doggy Be” is unable to accept any item which has been used, damaged or soiled by your pet after receipt.
  • For hygiene reasons, toys are not eligible for return except if due to significant manufacturing defect.
  • “Doggy Be” cannot be held responsible if the item (s) is lost or damaged by the courier company during return.
  • Refunds are not available for discounted orders
  • Most returns result from incorrect size of bed ordered. We strongly urge you to check the product dimensions on the Sizing Chart to see if the item is the appropriated size for your pet. When in doubt, please feel free to call our Customer Service and we will gladly assist you.
